Meet Our Team

  • Dave Connell, Pastor

    Dave Connell

Dave and his wife, Jessica, are the parents of four children.  Dave is a 31 year law enforcement veteran who served the Lord part time before coming into full time ministry as the pastor of Valley Shore.  Dave's heart is to preach the gospel and see people saved, healed and delivered by the power of Jesus Christ.

    hospitality and media director

Jessica and her husband, Dave, have been blessed with 4 children. She has a background in media and video production, as well as photography. Jessica grew up in the church and has volunteered in almost every ministry possible. She has a passion to gather people together and see them come alive as they step into their God-given destiny.

    worship DIRECTOR

With a heart that can only be described as 'worshiper', Danielle exalts His mighty name with no agenda, in total abandonment to the Father.  She seeks His presence with everything within her, bringing every person in the congregation along with her, collectively and individually.  Her heart is to see Heaven on earth established to bring freedom to the people of the church.  Her love for her Father is evident and overflows into every song, into every lyric, into every note.  Danielle began attending Valley Shore's youth group in December of 2005 and quickly joined the youth group's worship team.  Knowing she was called to be a worship leader, Danielle attended Bethel's School of Supernatural Worship in 2008.  Danielle met her husband, Jason, at Valley Shore. They now have two children: Jaya and Jovial.

Bill joined the Valley Shore staff in 2010 as the Church Administrator. He has an Associates Degree in Management and Administration and comes to us with 20 years of experience as a Religious Program Specialist in the U.S. Navy. Bill and his wife, Esther, have 3 children at home and a daughter and 4 grandchildren in Texas.

    youth & Missions directors

Mohit and Vanessa are passionate to see the youth of this generation worshipping Yahweh with total abandon and following His guidance in every aspect of their lives. They have a desire to see the youth of Valley Shore grow and mature in their relationship with the Lord and their trust in what He has for them. They want to see each youth’s individual gifts develop. Most of all, for them to know the depth of relationship they can have with Yahweh. Mohit and Vanessa have called Valley Shore their home since 2012 and have been the youth directors since 2016. They have 3 young boys.

    children's ministry director

Beth is married to Vinny and has four grown children. Before having her own children she was a 2nd grade teacher and currently is a paraprofessional in an Elementary school. Beth enjoys gardening, taking walks, going to the beach and spending time with her family. Beth greatly enjoyed being a Mom and raising her children to love the Lord and go after Him with all their hearts. It is such an honor for her to have the opportunity to encourage other children to encounter a loving Heavenly Father.

Previously he served as a full time church pastor for 3 years and a men’s pastor for 11 years. Coming to Valley Shore, Sinco’s passionate desire is to see men connect to their Heavenly Father and each other. Sinco says, “Getting men connected is a great way to help the women and children in their lives.”
